Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for building our demand generation engine from the ground up, optimizing marketing ROI, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. This role focuses on experimentation, content creation, and driving measurable results across multiple channels. Success in this role will be evaluated primarily based upon lead generation metrics, marketing performance, and overall contribution to revenue growth.

- Lead Generation Strategy – own and execute lead generation strategies across organic and paid channels; identify and implement new acquisition opportunities; and track effectiveness of different lead sources.
- Inbound Marketing – build out our inbound marketing motion including SEO, email marketing, landing pages, and gated content; optimize conversion funnels; and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Marketing Operations – manage and optimize HubSpot to ensure accurate lead tracking, scoring, and handoffs; implement automation workflows; and maintain data integrity across marketing platforms.
- Events & Thought Leadership – launch and manage webinars and virtual events working with internal thought leaders and industry experts; leverage CEO's thought leadership to amplify our brand and drive awareness; and create engagement opportunities with prospects.
- Content Development – develop and repurpose content (case studies, blog posts, templates, reports, etc.) strategically across channels to drive leads; establish content calendar; and optimize content performance.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position for at least 40 hours per week. Working days are Monday through Friday. Daily hours worked may be synonymous with specific customer needs or departments.
Ability to travel up to 10% for company events, customer meetings, and/or conferences.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years in B2B marketing, preferably at a SaaS startup.
- Proven experience with demand generation and content marketing.
- Experience owning or managing HubSpot and related tools.
- A love for measuring results and iterating quickly based on data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working cross-functionally across a small but mighty team.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accounting, auditing, or CPA firms
- Have experience with paid ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
