Our mission is to help CPA firms improve the quality and efficiency of the employee benefit plan audit process.

Kelly Mann, CEO + CPA


As a CPA, our CEO and Co-Founder, Kelly Mann, wanted software that would enable her practice to be efficient and price competitive without sacrificing quality. The AuditMiner 401k Audit Software extracts data and produces a foundational set of workpapers for the CPA.



Kelly Mann has an idea to streamline her own EBP Audit Practice using software, and wants to own this vision. After googling “How to start a software company,” she knew she needed a team to bring this idea to life.


Following months of market research, AuditMiner was incorporated in October 2019.


The AuditMiner 401k Audit Software launches in April 2021 with 1 recordkeeper available.


To date, AuditMiner's 401k audit software has processed more than 2,000 plans with customers in over 40 states. Customers range from sole proprietor to top 100 CPA firms. The organization has grown from 2 employees to 15.
