OUR STORY
AuditMiner CEO and co-founder, Kelly Mann, CPA, sought software that would enhance her practice’s efficiency and maintain competitive pricing without compromising quality. This need for a better solution sparked the creation of AuditMiner. Since 2021, the AuditMiner software has transformed 401k audits for firms nationwide.
TIMELINE
2018
Kelly Mann has an idea to streamline her own EBP audit practice using software, and wants to own this vision. After googling “How to start a software company,” she knew she needed a team to bring this idea to life.
2019
Following months of market research, AuditMiner was incorporated in October 2019.
2021
The AuditMiner 401k audit software launches in April 2021 with 1 recordkeeper available.
Today
To date, AuditMiner's 401k audit software has processed more than 3,500 plans with customers in over 40 states. Customers range from sole proprietor to top 100 CPA firms. The organization has grown from 2 employees to 19.
