Job Description

The Account Executive – Existing Business will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing customers. This role will focus on customer renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, ensuring that our customers continue to receive value from our services and expand their use of our products. The Account Executive will also assist with new business development, supporting the Sales Manager and the latest business Account Executive.

  • Manage customer renewals, ensuring a high renewal rate and maintaining solid relationships with existing clients. 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with customers to expand their use of our products and services. 
  • Assist with new business development activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals when needed. 
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customers are fully supported and satisfied. 
  • Tracked and report on sales activities related to existing customers, providing insights and recommendations to the sales manager

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, focusing on customer retention and growth
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ability to assist with new business development and contribute to overall sales goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
